Each individual User may hold only one (1) Account on the jo777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

To register an Account with jo777, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify jo777 of any changes via the support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jo777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. jo777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

KYC Verification

jo777 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders as a condition of its operating license. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Jo777 may request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of registration. Required documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership where relevant

jo777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts where Users submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents will be immediately and permanently closed and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jo777 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which jo777 bears no responsibility.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. The general minimum deposit is Rs200 for mobile wallet methods.
• jo777 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on any Account at any time, particularly where responsible gaming concerns are identified.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne entirely by the User.

Currency

The jo777 Platform operates in PKR for Pakistani Users. All balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in PKR unless the User has selected an alternative supported currency during registration. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions involving international payment methods.

Subject to the completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms, jo777 will process withdrawal requests made by eligible Account holders. jo777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within 24 hours for bank transfer and cryptocurrency methods, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in the Account holder's own name and must match the payment method used for deposits where applicable (the "withdrawal matching" requirement).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500 for mobile wallet methods. Minimum withdrawal thresholds for other methods are displayed within the platform.
• jo777 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing withdrawals, including but not limited to source of funds declarations for large transactions.
• Pending withdrawals may be reversed by the User prior to processing — any reversed withdrawal amount is returned to the Account Balance and does not attract any penalty.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered. In the event of conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jo777 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jo777's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform and these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jo777 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill
• Interruption to the availability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or third-party service disruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms or from prohibited conduct
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jo777's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

jo777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between jo777 and its Users. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the jo777 Privacy Policy.
